Complete building system for easy, simple and fast installation of glass bricks, suitable even for beginners.
The system Quicktech allows glass bricks to be built with smaller joints (5mm) compared to the traditional way of building (with joints 10mm) therefore the jointing is easier and the joints more beautiful. The grouting of straight walls can be done either with grout or with silicone. On curved walls it can only be done with grout.

QUICKTECH SYSTEM FOR STRAIGHT WALLS
Each Quicktech kit contains the material needed to build a 1 m² wall with 25 19x19x8cm glass bricks. Walls built with the Quicktech system can be up to 3.50 meters high for floor and ceiling connecting walls or 2.20 meters high by 1.40 meters long for free standing walls (attached to floor and wall only) .
The system is certified for stability only when used with the house's glass bricks SEVES.

Materials contained in the kit for 1 m²:
- 2 Quicktech glues in tubes of 300 ml
- 8 profiles 96.5cm
- 20 profiles 18cm
QUICKTECH SYSTEM FOR FREE WALLS (ONLY FIXED TO FLOOR AND WALL)
1. Cut the profile to the appropriate size:
Measure the profile and cut it 1cm smaller than the last glass block.
2. Cut the tube:
Cut the tip of the glue tube to a diameter of 3mm.
3. Check the angle:
Check that the angle between the wall and the floor is 90°. Glue the horizontal profile to the floor. Stick the vertical profile to the wall. Check that the profile is completely vertical.
4. Use the glue:
Use only the necessary amount of glue for each glass block.
5. Glue:
Glue one of the vertical profiles to one side of the glass block.
6. Complete the row:
Repeat the process until the first row is complete.
7. Apply the horizontal profiles:
Place a horizontal profile between each row of glass blocks. Glue the horizontal profiles to the bottom row.
8. Swap the position of the profiles:
For lengths longer than one meter, alternate the position of the profiles in each row.
9. Repeat the process to complete:
Repeat the process until the required height is reached. Periodically check that the wall is vertical.
QUICKTECH SYSTEM FOR WALLS CONNECTING FLOOR AND CEILING
Maximum height 3.5m
1. Cut the profile to the appropriate size:
Cut the profile 1cm shorter than the last glass block.

2. Cut the tube:
Cut the tip of the glue tube to a diameter of 3mm.

3. Place the large profiles vertically, alternating 96.5 and 48.2cm rods:
The small profiles will be placed in the intermediate horizontal joints.

4. Do not glue glass blocks directly together:
Glass blocks should never be directly glued together using adhesives, always use short profiles between the pieces.

5. Fix with tape:
On high walls, fix lengthwise and widthwise with adhesive tape.
6. Use metal brackets to fix the plastic profiles to the ceiling:
Screw the metal brackets to the ceiling and stick them to the plastic profiles with adhesive tape.
FINISH:
1. Allow the glue to “set” before grouting:
Allow to dry for 24 hours before applying grout or silicone. Always seal joints in contact with the wall, floor and ceiling with silicone. After the silicone is applied, clean the surface of the glass blocks.

2. Paste a profile:
Glue plastic or metal end profiles for a beautiful and durable finish.

3. Maximum strength:
Maximum strength is achieved after three weeks.
QUICKTECH SYSTEM FOR CURVED WALLS
Each Quicktech kit contains the materials needed to install 10 glass blocks (19x19cm or 9x19cm). The 19×19 glass brick curved walls have a radius of 1.55m and the 9×19 glass brick walls have a radius of 0.75m.
Curved walls built with the Quicktech system can reach 2.50 meters in height.

Materials included in the kit:
- 2 profiles 96.5cm
- 2 profiles 48cm
- 10 profiles 18cm
- 1 Quicktech glue in a 300ml tube
1. Curved walls:
Use 18cm profiles horizontally and profiles with a triangular (wedge) section vertically.
2. Profile placement:
Place the 18cm profiles between the floor and the glass block, then place the triangular (wedge-shaped) ones of different heights alternately between the glass blocks.
3. Cut and insert the triangular profiles:
Cut the triangular profiles at the height of the wall taking into account the horizontal joints. Place the profiles 18cm between the glass blocks to calculate the length of the profile.
note: For height >48cm, place the shorter triangular profile, then the longer one, to join the desired height, after measuring and cutting them. In the next column proceed to reverse the row and cut the smaller profile according to the desired height of the wall (in both cases leave 1 cm in relation to the height of the last glass brick).
4. Paste the profiles:
Glue an 18cm profile to the floor and then glue a glass block. Next, glue a corner profile to the side of the glass block. Repeat steps #3-4 to complete the row.
5. Continue with placement:
Glue the glass block to the horizontal profile and the vertical ones on both sides of the glass block.
FINISH:
1. Allow to dry for 24 hours before applying grout:
After the grout is applied, clean the surface of the glass blocks.
Note: the grout is not included in the installation kit.
2. Seal the joints and glue the profiles:
Always seal joints in contact with the wall, floor and ceiling with silicone. Glue plastic or metal end profiles for an impressive finish. Maximum strength is achieved after three weeks.
Finishing material is not included in the installation kit.
